Our company manufactures molds for vibration presses, for forming machines concrete products.
The base is made from heavy cast iron and all the fittings are solid brass. We manufacture molds for building blocks, paving tiles. We also manufacture molds for curb and road. Process of mold production in our production:

All these stages of press mold production are executed using manual and programmed machines, installed in the instrumental workshop. The first stage of production is cutting metal on an automatic plasma machine. Then the parts are cut on the milling machine. The next step is to grind the parts on the grinder. The mold parts are then assembled into the conductor and welded. During the process of manufacturing the company respects the natural environment.
