Semi-automatic line KWP-858-2PA is intended for the production of building blocks of various configurations and sizes, paving tiles of various geometric shapes, road and pavement curbs of different sizes and other small-piece concrete products.
The basic equipment of the line includes:
- a concrete mixer,
- a belt conveyor,
- a storage hopper with a box dispenser of the main layer,
- a cassette for pallets with a mechanism for supplying of pallets into the molding area,
- vibropress with vibroblocks with molding field 1100*550 mm,
- a mold for any kind of products at your request,
- a box doser for texture (colored) layer,
- COLORMIX dosing system,
- a roller conveyor for ready concrete products,
- a pallet stacker for ready concrete products,
- a control panel,
- a hydraulic station.

Weight of the whole line is 5000 kg.
Dimensions: the length is 13500 mm, the width is 2100 mm, the height is 2600 mm. ( For transportation the equipment is taken apart and placed in a 40-foot container).
Productivity per shift of 8 hours:
- wall block- 2200-2500 pieces;
- interior block – 2700-3000;
- paving tiles – 180-220 square meters;
- road curb – 550-600 meters;
- pavement curb – 1000-1200 meters.
